We loved the central location of the apartment, as it was just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. Being so close to everything made exploring the city very convenient. the apartment itself was cozy and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a private patio where we could relax. the owner, Mr Statis, was very attentive and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

The bathroom design was a bit inconvenient as it lacked a proper door, which may not provide enough privacy for some guests.

We loved early check-in too. The room was cheap, it was available with spa bath toilet. Helpful and attentive staff knows how to make your stay really comfortable...

It was brilliant place for visiting most Ayia Napa attractions. Staff were courteous people.

Our stay at Nissi 49 was definitely worth every penny. The room was fresh and furnished with new furniture, giving it a modern and clean feel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from restaurants and shops, and only 200 meters from the beach. The staff treated us well, with the owners allowing us to rent two studios next to each other for added privacy but still allowing us to enjoy time together on the veranda. a great choice for self-contained accommodation.

The only thing that could have made our stay better was if breakfast items were available.

We had a such wonderful stay in Ayia Napa just off restaurants as well as Nissi beach or down time Ayia Napa harbour. This apartment met required needs; would return there

Marvellous and unbeatable location very close to pubs, Limanaki and Grecian Beach and Pernera beach and looong promenade and 2 kids playgrounds at the end/beginning, everything perfect. Quiet atmosphere, amiable staff. Location almost in the center of the city.

The location of the apartment is fantastic - it's very close to the beach and just a short walk away from the city center. You can easily enjoy the sun and sand during the day, and explore the vibrant nightlife in the evenings. the apartment is situated in a peaceful area, giving you a quiet and relaxing stay.

Some of the kitchen cupboards had a musty smell, but it was easily solved by airing them out.

I recently stayed at Nissi49 Apartments for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants and shops, while still being in a quiet area. The interior of the apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures - modern, clean, and minimalistic. The owner, Sotiris, was a great host, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The service was excellent, and the owner even booked us a stay at a nearby hotel when there was a minor issue with our room. The rooms were clean, tidy, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax. a fantastic stay with great service and amenities.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

This apartment surpassed all my expectations! The central location was mind-blowing, with easy access to both the stunning Nissi Beach and the lively center of the city. The amenities provided were super impressive, including the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The electric sockets issue was quickly resolved thanks to the responsive host. The spacious and clean room made me feel right at home. The attached terrace was jaw-dropping, perfect for the kids to enjoy. And the cherry on top was the fantastic jacuzzi bath. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.
